By accessing and using Preplity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Preplity is a document generation tool that allows users to create documents including flight tickets, bank statements, and other official-looking documents for personal and educational purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use generated documents for:

• Fraudulent activities of any kind
• Deceiving government authorities, banks, airlines, or any other entities
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Actual airline check-in or boarding
• Bank fraud or financial crimes
• Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Any purpose that could harm individuals, organizations, or institutions

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use documents generated by the Service. Preplity is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use or misuse of generated documents. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that documents will be accepted by any third party for any purpose. Generated documents are not official documents and should not be represented as such.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Preplity. Airline logos and bank logos used in templates are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for illustrative purposes only.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. Refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure where the product was not delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preplity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
