What is Preplity?
Preplity is an AI-powered document generator that creates realistic flight tickets, bank statements, and other official-looking documents. It is designed for personal use, travel planning, and documentation purposes.
Is Preplity free to use?
You can create and preview unlimited documents for free. When you want to download a document without watermarks, there is a small fee of $2.99 per document.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can start using Preplity immediately without any account or signup. Just go to the dashboard and start creating.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All document creation happens in your browser. We do not store your personal information or document data on our servers.
Flight Tickets
Are these real flight tickets?
No, these are generated documents that look like real tickets. They are not actual airline reservations and cannot be used for check-in or boarding.
Will embassies accept these tickets?
Many embassies accept flight itineraries or reservations as proof of travel plans. However, requirements vary by embassy. Some may require actual paid tickets. Always check specific requirements.
Which airlines are available?
We currently offer templates for Qatar Airways, Air Arabia, and BudgetAir. We are continuously adding more airlines.
Can I customize all the details?
Yes, you can customize passenger names, flight numbers, dates, times, airports, and more. Use the auto-generate feature for realistic booking references.
Bank Statements
Are these real bank statements?
No, these are generated documents for personal documentation purposes. They are not issued by any bank.
Which banks are available?
We currently offer Bank of America templates. More banks including Chase, Wells Fargo, and international banks are coming soon.
Can I add custom transactions?
Yes, you can add deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. The balance is calculated automatically.
Legal & Usage
Is it legal to use Preplity?
Using Preplity for personal documentation, travel planning, or educational purposes is legal. However, using generated documents for fraud, deception, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and against our terms of service.
What should I NOT use these documents for?
Do not use generated documents for: actual flight check-in, banking fraud, deceiving authorities, identity theft, or any illegal purpose. These documents are for personal reference only.
Can I use these for visa applications?
Some visa applications accept flight itineraries as proof of travel plans. However, always check your specific embassy requirements. Using documents fraudulently is illegal.

What format are downloads?
Documents are downloaded as high-quality PDF files that can be printed or shared digitally.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, Preplity works on all devices including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Why is there a watermark on my preview?
The watermark appears on free previews. When you pay for a download, you receive the document without any watermarks.
Can I edit a document after downloading?
You can create a new version anytime using our editor. We recommend saving your entered information before closing.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not available. However, contact us if you experience technical issues.
